Return Policy:
Pride Posters are custom-designed for you based on information provided by you. As part of the quality control process of Pride Posters, we provide you with a low-resolution pdf proof for you to review and approve. We will NOT proceed to print if we do not receive approval from you. Therefore, if a mistake occurs in the information provided by the customer, we will not reprint the poster without an additional cost being incurred by you. If, however, the mistake occurs due to an error on our part, we will cheerfully re-print and mail the poster at no additional cost.
Pride Posters are printed on high-quality 12 point gloss paper. If you have concerns as to whether this is the kind of paper you would like your poster on, please contact us and we can mail you a small sample for you to review. We want you to be happy with your Pride Posters, so please contact us with any concerns or questions.
